Gagamboy
Philippinen 2004, Dir.: Erik Matti, 109 min., OmeU
By accidentally swallowing up a mutated spider a young likeable ice
vendor gets superhuman powers. As “Gagamboy” he starts crusading for the good. But there is also Ipisman his former fellow worker, who, by chance, happened to swallow up a
cockroach. This arch villain not only strives for power, command but is after Gagamboy's love interest who of all suffers a deep-rooted paranoia for cockroaches. Wondeful genre spoof packed with funny shanty town special effects - pure fun to watch!
